01 / OUR VISION

The next era deserves
its own infrastructure.

Built for the AI century.
Grounded in Pahang.

HE AI Data Centre is developing a purpose-built hyperscale campus for high-density AI training, inference and cloud workloads. Liquid cooling, dedicated power infrastructure and scalable data halls are designed in from day one.

Our mark carries our home: emerald for Pahang’s rainforest, gold for Darul Makmur — the Abode of Prosperity — and steel for the infrastructure we build within it.

02 / LOCATION ADVANTAGE

Close to opportunity.
Room to think bigger.

Approximately one hour from Kuala Lumpur, Bentong brings together land, power, water and access to the region’s digital economy.

01

Connected to the capital

68 km from Kuala Lumpur via the Karak Expressway, with access to the East Coast Rail Link corridor.

02

Power for the long term

A planned dedicated 275 kV grid intake, drawing on Pahang’s position on the national transmission backbone.

03

A naturally strong setting

The Pahang river basin, cooler foothill air and contiguous land underpin the campus’s water, cooling and expansion strategies.

04 / SUSTAINABILITY

Progress, with
a lighter footprint.

Building in Pahang is a responsibility
before it is an advantage.

Renewable energy, efficient liquid cooling and water stewardship sit at the heart of the campus design.

100%

Renewable-matched energy target

Hydro and solar power purchase agreements under Malaysia’s green power programmes.

≤1.30

Design annualised PUE

Liquid cooling and cooler foothill air reduce mechanical overhead.

<0.4 L/kWh

Design water usage effectiveness

Closed-loop cooling and rainwater harvesting inform the water strategy.

10 ha

Native reforestation commitment

On-site planting and riparian buffers with species from Pahang’s forest reserves.

PAHANG / DARUL MAKMUR

Of the land
we are built on.

The Abode of Prosperity. Pahang’s rivers, forests and highlands shape our identity — and the standard of stewardship we aspire to.

05 / CONNECTIVITY

Regional reach.
Local advantage.

Carrier-neutral meet-me rooms, diverse east–west fibre paths and dark-fibre options connect Bentong to Kuala Lumpur, Cyberjaya and the east coast cable landing ecosystems.
